Can I still make it into the college I want?

I am a junior in high school and in October, I transferred to a new school. My new school is a lot more advanced than my old one and they just threw me in the middle of Pre-Calc even though I told them I wasn't ready for that. Halfway through, I was failing even though I was trying my hardest. I went to switch out of the class, but the counselor yelled at me and kicked me out of her office.

Yesterday I took my pre-calc final. I passed the final, but failed the class. My GPA is now a 3.18 :(

I really want to go to Winona State University. When I looked at their website, they had no requirements for GPA so I don't know if that's a good range or not. They only had a requirement for an ACT score of 20.

Your GPA is actually high for an ACT of 20, which is quite low.

I don’t think Winona State is very hard to get into.
