I didnt send my ACT scores because, I was advised to send SAT (I scored higher on SAT) But, I’m exempt from taking the EPT through my ACT english score will they still accept my scores?

I would only send the ACT scores to your choice college. There is no reason to send to other schools if you do not plan to attend.

Actually, you send your ACT to only one CSU, and then you go on CSU mentor and request that the CSU distributes it to the other CSUs so that you only have to pay for 1 ACT score sending fee. But I would email admissions to the CSU that you are interested in to see how they want to receive the scores.
