Can I study between the 3 breaks of the sat in a real test?

I always have problems in 10 vocabulary words.I always seem to confuse between them. Can I pick up a paper where I have written the words and revise them?

Thank you

NO

Are you asking about studying during the breaks that take place during the SAT exam itself? If that is your question, I would have to say no. When I take this test, the procedures were extremely strict! It was a 5 minute break and you could pretty much use it only for eating and going to the bathroom. I would be surprised if you were even allowed to have a book with you, or even a piece of paper where you could review vocabulary words.

I could be wrong though, but I would be surprised if there was any possibility of studying for the SAT test during the SAT test itself.

Yeah, I meant like studying within the break of the SAT. The thing is that they never say what you can’t do, so I suppose i can do it?

Thanks for the answers

That’s a bad supposition to make, friend.

CollegeBoard does not let you bring scratch paper or notes to the testing center with you. You can study during the breaks, but it will have to be from memory since you won’t be allowed to have the notes or a cheat sheet or check the vocab words on your cell phone or anything like that even during the 5 minute breaks.

It wouldn’t help anyway. Chances are if you don’t know something when you arrive at the testing center you won’t be able to learn it while you are actually taking the exma.

My advice – you might be worrying too much. If you only have 10 words that you still get confused on, you are ahead of the class by a lot. I would study those as much as possible before the exam, and maybe rehearse them in my head a bit, and put full confidence in yourself.

You can’t take anything with you that will help you study (notes, books, cell phone…), so I’d have to say no as well unless you want to risk having your score cancelled. Study as much as you can before test day and just do your best. Good luck.

Why don’t you just study before the test…
