I know this sounds weird, but I hate the notion of applying to college through the internet. I always feel like I'm forgetting something, or something will not attach/send correctly. So, is it okay if I send it via paper mail? I don't mind the fact that I'd have to write the same sh-t out for 10 applications.

There are some colleges that specifically require you to apply online. If you make sure to check for that, there’s no problem with submitting the application through the mail.

Ok, cool. If they say they “prefer” online applications, does it mean I’m f-cked if I don’t send it via the internet?

From what I’ve heard, you really should submit online to colleges which say they prefer online applications. If you don’t, then while everyone else is having their applications read, yours sits in a pile waiting to be scanned into the system. And having your application read last is generally not a good thing.

you can print out hard copy before you submit to double check and that can give you piece of mind. Thats what my daughters did. Easier to proof as well.

Alright, cool. Thanks for the help!
