if i can get something like 32 in one sitting WITHOUT the writing portion, can i add my writing score from a DIFFERENT test?
and will this be considered superscoring or something ? because i know that some colleges don’t allow that.

Most colleges don’t superscore for the ACT. http://www.collegeadmissionspartners.com/college-testing/colleges-superscore-act/ You will have to contact each college to see if they will allow you to use a writing section with another composite test.
