Can I switch after getting in?

<p>So basically I am applying to UPenn's SEAS, but I am like those "undecided major people". So, I am asking can I transfer to College of Arts and Science if I find out Engineering is not my thing (if I got in?)</p>

<p>or, I should not apply to SEAS, but I have to choose one school to apply right? Thanks</p>
