<p>You can take it anywhere it is given as long as you specify the test center where you are going to take when applying to take the test. If you are trying to change your location for a test you have already applied for, you need to do that either on-line or by calling and it becomes more and more difficult to make a change the closer you get to a date because test locations fill.</p>
<p>Yeah, you can specify the testing center you intend to take the test at. But taking the ACT while on vacation in Florida?</p>
