Can I take the ACT in another state?

<p>I took the ACT this april. I will be out of town this june so I have to take the ACT next year but I live in kentucky which does not have the september ACT test yet i live on the border of indiana which does. Can I sign up to take the ACT in indiana even though I dont live there?</p>
