Can I take UGBA 10 before Econ 1?

<p>I'm a first-year student who is now thinking of applying to Haas so I have to start on my pre-reqs during spring semester.</p>

<p>Most people take Econ 1 their first fall semester and then UGBA 10 during their spring semester. Will it be okay if I take UGBA 10 in the spring 2010 and Econ 1 in fall 2010? Do most people just take Econ 1 before UGBA 10 because what they learned in Econ 1 will help them in UGBA 10?</p>

you can take ugba before</p>

<p>Yeah, taking one class before the other doesn’t help. If anything Econ 1 is a lot harder in terms of the problem sets. UGBA10 is only hard because of competition since the tests are so easy (therefore getting 3 or 4 questions wrong on an exam gets you a B).</p>
