<p>Can someone transfer to another university during undergraduate program after only 1 year and finish the rest 3 years of the bachelor degree in another university?</p>

<p>If yes, what are the main requirements to transfer? </p>

<p>Yes, many schools are open to soph transfers. Some, UCs for example, are not.</p>

<p>Schools vary, go to the college websites to see transfer requirements.</p>
