There’s usually a question “Have you applied before to …”. You can tell the admissions staff to use your old profile and get an insight of your progress through the most recent year, by ticking yes.</p>
<p>i am actually planning to. i’ve been waitlisted at my dream uni so if i don’t make it off the waitlist i’ll be transferring again from another uni i just got accepted to. i don’t think the process should be that complicated.</p>
