<p>HOWEVER. my friend is saying theres another last sheet you need to sign to confirm information and mail that in too. in which case .. i guess i'll be calling the school tomorrow.</p>

<p>Its called the "Signature Page" ... yes, it includes the counselor form.</p>
<p>But you also have to sign at the top, and state how you paid for the application. Kind of silly but .. bleh. Obviously this isnt getting to Illinois in 2 hours. Sent them an email.</p>
<p>timosy, keep me update on that. I sent that counselor section off i got on the hardcopy last week. And after submitting the application, yes I found out I still have to sign the signature page. <em>sigh</em> how is this going to be done.</p>
<p>UIUC emailed me back .. told me to sent the signature page as soon as possible and sent me another copy in case I hadn't printed it before.</p>
