<p>I would think so? I mean, obviously I'm not an admissions person but they wouldn't just throw out your app because they don't have $$ right?</p>
<p>Most schools state that their policy is that your app will not be read until you have paid the fee, so I'm pretty sure if you submit it after the deadline, your entire app will be considered late (unless you had some extenuating circumstances).</p>

<p>A FEW? Like one to two, perhaps. But I know that Online Common App stuff isn't downloaded if the school does not have some payment confirmation (either through Common App or the school's own online place, or the check already with them).</p>
