Hey all you lovely people out there! ;D I really suck at ACT english and I got a 23 on the section last time :/ I was wondering, is sparknotes for english prep actually helpful? Like this is what i was looking at

http://www.sparknotes.com/testprep/books/act/chapter5.rhtml

Can I increase my score from a 23 to a 27 at least if I memorized all that?

Also is it true that ACT science doesn't really judge science knowledge but just judges how well you interpret the info you read? I got a 23 on science :(

Math im awful but i did study for geometry and algebra this summer

Science is stupid. Just do practice sections. And English is really easy to improve on. I’m not familiar with sparknotes but you really just need to know simple grammar rules. I did like 10 writing sections for the SAT and got really good at it. I didn’t study at all for the ACT but the grammar rules just transferred over. I got a 34 on that section. 25 on science. Yeah it’s hard to interpret though, I guessed on practically everything.
