<p>On the common app, does every school require a letter of rec from the same two type of teachers? For example, if Columbia requires a letter of rec from a math teacher and a language teacher, will all the other schools on common app require the same types of teachers, or will one ask for a letter from a science teacher in place of a language teacher?</p>
<p>I don’t think very many unis are that specific. If you apply to engineering, you’ll probably require one math or science reference so just get one for those cases because you can choose which references to send in Common App.</p>
