I'm going to be a high school Senior next year and doing PSEO at a community college.I plan on majoring in Business and management or Politcial Science. This summer I'm doing an internship with US bank, where I will learn what it's actually like in the "real world" and potentially creating a career for myself, also a short internship at the State Capitol. So.... Will these internships help with being admited?

No more than other ECs. Showing that you are interested in your community and not just sitting around in your spare time is always good on an application. It might help you more as a stepping stone to future internships, they always like to see good experience when making a hiring decision. But really, you will be an intern… the intern that sits next to me at a bank this summer is working on spreadsheets almost all day, not running the bank. Yes, he wears a tie every day and comes in on time, but the work he is doing is the simplest thing in our department and something that no one else wants to do… so don’t get too excited about yourself and your internship. It is a good way to spend your summer, but not a hugely important EC.
