I still feel like it is a very bad thing. The thing is that he also was in competitions and music things and such. He wasn’t doing NOTHING, just not as much as probably the average applicant to those schools. Not that that is bad of him…he’s probably excellent at wat he does and got rewarded for it (Congrats!).
“I still feel like it is a very bad thing” Huh? What are you talking about?
He’s talking about not doing community service and participating in ECs.
omgad i dont have community service oh no oh no =/
I can’t tell if that was sarcastic or not
omgad i spend so much time on community service dont tell me it has no use oh no oh no =/
Don’t worry, it’s not that community service has no use, it’s just, at least IMO, a little overrated in college admissions and on improving your chances though it definitely doesn’t hurt to have.

wow, impressive stats, cre8tive!
I already know that my biggest push was my work at the State House and the letter my representative wrote in explaination. Definitely a guy that views and manages all six-sides of the cube, which is why people don’t mind me leading so many things.
I forgot to add that I was an Environmental & Sustainability Prefect this year leading the campus-wide energy conservation contest. That was afull-time second semester job.
But since it was second semester…it never made my application, but that doesn’t bother me. I didn’t do it for college anyways.
