Can my high school counselor send my SAT scores to my Colleges?

Hello,
I just finished applying to some colleges and now need to send my SAT scores and transcript. I applied to Colby College, Colorado College, Davidson College, Emory University, George Fox University, Grinnell College, Northwestern University, Tulane University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Portland and Yale University. I looked on the websites and most of them just said they needed official scores. Will any of these school accept SAT scores from my school counselor?

No, official scores must be sent by the College Board.
