Can my teacher and I both print the evaluation form?

<p>if I want to weave my right to assess the evaluation comments from my teacher, is it available that my teacher and I both print the evaluation form?</p>

<p>I have to sign my name before I hand the evaluation form to the teacher, and then the teacher can never PRINT, since I have print it out to sign my name.</p>

<p>Or can I print, not write by hand to indicate my signature?</p>
