Can my test scores save me from community college?

Long story short, I dropped out of high school a couple years ago due to some traumatizing personal struggles. Now I'm 18 years old, I've gotten my GED and I want to go to college. I got a score of 2250 on my SAT, 34 on my ACT and my GED scores were near-perfect (I forgot the exact numbers). I know I have the option of going to a community college and transferring, but I feel a bit uncomfortable with that and would much rather go directly to a 4 year school. Do you think I stand a chance anywhere? I'm not expecting to get into Harvard or any other prestigious institution, but just a decent University where I can get back up my feet and pursue a career. Please help me out, thank you.

Definitely! your test scores are stellar. I know a guy who went to LMU without finish high school and he only had 2060 on his SAT. He even got a scholarship.
