Can my transfer be completed?

<p>Okay, so I was placed on a year long disciplinary suspension with the need of a psychological evaluation and apply for re-enrollment through Student Affairs. I was charged for sexual misconduct and committment to civility because I accidentally sung a gruesome lyric that was a total freak accident and I didn't mean it. I accidentally said "I would kidnapp a girl and throw her in a dumpster." The Sexual thing was a lie and they sided with the girl making my appeal worthless just about. I thought my Aspbergers Syndrome disability would bail me out of this, but I guess not. I did everything right. I kept a schedule, went to class, and managed my time properly. It was the free time and social life that got to me. But I have been accepted to two school and they say they just need official transcripts from my college. I may have a killer midterm, but the final results will be I's or 0's. Will they accept me? They know of my time at my first school due to putting it on my application and I desperately want to go back to school. When I send the school of my choice my transcript, what happens? </p>
