Can non student buy kosher meal for cash (or cc) in dining hall?

Hi, I have tried googling for the answer but can’t find it so maybe someone here can help me…

I’m unconnected to Brandeis, but I will be in the area and was hoping to buy a kosher meal (which I know is available) for a couple of people in the dining hall there. Is this permitted, and if so, what payment methods are accepted?

For professional reasons, it is possible that I’ll be there enough times that if it were required, I could buy some sort of set of multiple meals, so that wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, but I would prefer to pay each time if possible.

Thank you so much!

If you need a Kosher meal in the area, I’m not sure the Brandeis dining hall is the way to go.

@soze - thank you! I’m actually from this area, but specifically will be on Brandeis’s campus for a meeting.

I don’t think there will be a problem. My son is a freshman there now, but when we visited last year, anyone could walk into the cafeteria and buy a meal - though someone might think it odd if you have no connection to the school at all.

Thanks! I actually tried it with my son on Tuesday and it was good. (A bit crowded/dark for ambience, but the food was great and the experience was smooth.) Our connection with the school is that a Brandeis student tutors my son, who has some special needs.
