Can not get Transcripts

<p>I am a mother and a student. I am attending a wonderful online program, but ran into some problems in dealing with another online school. The university that I am attending now is unable to get my transcripts from one-only one school. The problem is that I owe them $3, 000 dollars because in the last week of the course I suffered 2 deaths (unavoidable). I contacted the school, explain the situation to the professor, and my adviser; the school did not accept the checks from fasfa instead they put me on cash account. So now I am unable to receive or get my transcripts and I really need them to continue my studies at the online school I am with. What can I do? What can be done in this situation? </p>
