<p>since the commonapp support team hasn't replied for more than one week now, I thought I post my problem onto CC:</p>
<p>My school counselor needs to submit my MidYear report. But everytime he tries to submit it, the following error appears:</p>

<p>The weird thing now is that he claims that he did not submit the final report (it won't be released till the grades are released in May) and in my account there is also no indication of a filled-out final report...</p>
<p>I would be really glad if you guys could help me. As I said, the support team is not responding and I did not find any alternative (phone,...) on their website to contact them. </p>

<p>Anyways, probably my counselor has to do that anyway - it’s still a bit annoying though since he has to send it to several colleges and the postage is like 10 per college from Europe…</p>

<li><p>The support team ALWAYS responds. Check your SPAM folder and make sure the <commonapp.net> domain is whitelisted. </commonapp.net></p></li>
<li><p>Your counselor should contact support directly. But if the online system says the Final Report has been submitted, then it’s been submitted. It might have been by accident, but the record is accurate.</p></li>

<p>Unfortunately, I have never seen any hint of anybody connected with the Common App organization on College Confidential.</p>
<p>Perhaps he could contact the colleges and universities you’ve applied to and discuss the possibility of scanning a copy of the mid-year report and emailing it directly to the admissions office? That wouldn’t cost 10 Euro.</p>

<p>@CommonApp1975: Huh… Please don’t feel offended - I am sure you are doing a great job answering all the inquiries. I already thought it’s a problem with my mail account since I did not get a confirmation e-mail after I submitted to support-form… (but weirdly I did get all the confirmation e-mails from the submission of my applications - which are from the same domain). Anyway, I will resend my problem. </p>
