<p>I was wondering at what stage to fill in the questionnaire? All the coaches that my son has emailed want him to fill out the form. Does the form get generated as soon as we fill it up, or is it available online for us to update with new timings and academic information?</p>
<p>You fill out the form, submit it, and you’re done. They are not updatable. If you wanted to update it with new information, you’d have to either submit a new form or email the coaching staff directly.</p>
