Can SCEA-deferred applicants then be waitlisted on 3/31?

Okay, if I may ask, how do you know this? Does Harvard say this on their website somewhere? (Because I heard UPenn’s deferred early applicants either get accepted or denied on 3/31, but CANNOT be put on the waitlist.)

As far as I know, Harvard has never publicly commented that a deferred student cannot be waitlisted in the RD round. So, I would assume it’s a possibility.

I am sure they can - based on my school’s naviance, they can be.

I know a girl who was deferred–>waitlisted so yes
