I am a 7th grader considering taking the SSAT for practice on June 11th this year, as it is the last scheduled test date. I plan on taking it next year as well. Would schools be able to view the June SSAT score as well as what I score next year? I read somewhere on this forum that after July your record is wiped clean, but not sure whether that is true. Any comments would be helpful - Thanks :)

@Future: My child took the June test last year. The scores came back with the percentiles calculated against the grade for the coming year, BUT the test results for the fall test did not indicate a prior test. This is because June is considered the end of the previous year’s test season. I highly recommend taking the June test as a tune-up! There is no substitute for sitting in a room of other kids and then getting the results. It gives you a great benchmark for your summer/fall test preparation.

Alright, thank you so much kraordrawoh! This helps a lot :)
