<p>Is it technically possible for the recommenders to submit their recommendations before the student submits the Schreyer application? The student has already been admitted to Penn State and has a Penn State number.
Trying not to interfere with teachers' Thanksgiving weekend, but student may not have it done before Thanksgiving!</p>
<p>I did. I was in contact with shc through email about which recommendations they have received before I was finished my app.</p>
<p>Yes- I’m not finished with my Schreyer app either, but I had my teachers send my recommendations in already.</p>
