Can send email's but no receive emails

<p>Setup the UNet account yesterday and can send emails out from the Deis account but can not receive any. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it.</p>

<p>Are you sure you don't have it so that your e-mails are linked to your normal e-mail account? I was waiting for an e-mail one time and realized that it came through on my main e-mail address.</p>

<p>yeah, brandeis e-mail is smart and will automatically redirect your brandeis e-mail to your main account. I'm pretty sure the redirecting is active until you are a full time student at brandeis.</p>

<p>I think you are on to something about the email being directed to another account. When it failed I noticed it mentioned another account but it was miss-spelled. Do you know how to stop the re-directing.</p>
