Anyone?

Can somebody chance me please =O?

I’d say go for it! You have great grades, and since you’re planning a junior transfer, your high school record doesn’t matter as much. My best advice for you is to find something you’re really passionate about, and pursue that as an extra-curricular, but it sounds like your ec’s are more than you’re letting on, in my opinion.

I have heard, though, that NYU is notorious for giving horrible financial aid. I personally, can’t speak from experience though, so I could be wrong. Best of luck to you!

Ah, thank you for responding =). And yea I’m trying to find some ECs. I study various subjects like calculus, discrete math, and programming on my time outside of school even though I took those classes. Does this count some what as extracurricular?

I think it does. It’s all about the spin you put on it in your application. For example, I think it would look great to admissions if you talked about how you’re learning additional programming languages on your off time, or perhaps how you’re expanding on language you’re currently learning, and applying them to a project you’re developing.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Chernabogsays. Any replies will help me.
