Can somebody help me convert my GPA on this scale to a weighted 4.0 scale?
I have a 4.87.

First of all, the formatting of that chart is going to be very difficult to interpret. Secondly we would have to know each of your individual class grades to do that, and that’s a huge amount of work no internet stranger is going to take on.
Out of a what(6 point, 5 point)? You also list no other grades.
Your formatting is really off, and it’s pretty hard to understand what
Means. I see obviously that A+ means a point grade between 99 and 100. However, the 5 different grades leaves me confused.

You only list 4 (AP, Honors, Prep, Standard) so I don’t see where you got a 6.5 from. Are you trying to say that the last 4 is your unweighted GPA?
If you want a 4 point weighted (5 point scale), the only thing I am seeing right now is
(4.87/6.5) = (x/5), x = 3.74 (4 point weighted GPA).
