Can somebody share which is the best educational schools for poor ?

It is very difficult to study paying much money in any school

No idea!

Jeff, are you still in high school? What state are you in? Have you looked at your local community college as a place to get started?

A lot depends on your academic credentials (HS GPA, test scores). The better they are, the more choices you have in getting large merit scholarships, or admission to schools with good need-based financial aid.

Your state of residency also matters, since some states’ public universities are better at in-state affordability than others (e.g. CA is one of the better places for poor people to afford college, while PA is one of the worse places).

Search for colleges that offer to meet full financial need. Here is a good place to get started. http://www.usnews.com/education/best-colleges/paying-for-college/articles/2014/09/15/colleges-and-universities-that-claim-to-meet-full-financial-need

“Meet full need” is not a reliable claim – net prices can vary greatly, since each school can have its own definition of “need”, and have a different expected student contribution.

Use the net price calculator at each school’s web site to get an estimate of what it may offer.

Not enough info to help you, Jeff. What exactly are you looking for? Your first post to the thread is rather vague. Can your parents contribute anything for college costs? Are you from a low income family? Are you a U.S. citizen? What are your grades and SAT or ACT scores like? What grade in high school are you in currently? Do you have instate residency status in any state? What are your career goals…even ideas? How far from home do you want to travel?

What colleges have you looked at that cost too much?
