I get 4.15 without PE (not an a-g course). Very good GPA.

I wasn’t sure if your band counts for an UC approved a-g course so I included in the roger hub calculator. If not, then your calculation is probably right.
Band does count as a UC approved, I believe PE doesn’t? So without PE, all of that is a 4.15?
Sorry, recalculated including band but not PE. I get 4.07 still good.

A UC GPA above 4.0 is competitive for UCI. Much will depend upon your major since STEM/Business/Nursing will be more difficult than some other majors. Remember, GPA alone will not make or break your application. You need a competitive SAT/ACT, interesting EC’s with leadership positions and great UC essays. Good Luck.
I have gotten SAT subject tests for physics and math 2 with a 800. I took the PSAT and got a 220. I hope I do well on the SAT 1 because I heard it’s a lot harder than the PSAT.
I got accepted to a computer science developer private forum for a company on something I made through coding. Only like 300 out of millions get in through their creation. However, I’m planning to get into premed and not sure if this achievement will help me.
I do track & field varsity, 4 yrs.
I really hope I get in haha, I’ve seen applicants with far superior GPA, academics than me.
I also heard things of how it’s harder to get in as an asian, I am not sure though.
