<p>Hey guys, do you think I will be able to get into uci, ucd, or ucsd? I've been worried I'm not good enough for either UCI, UCD, or UCSD. Please give me your input. Thank you.</p>

<p>As you can see, my high school career hasn't been very rigorous..but I started getting serious and now my senior year I'm taking as much AP classes as I can. I really wanna know if I am capable of getting into irvine, davis, or san diego. </p>

<p>umm i took the sat last weekend, but I don’t feel confident that my score has increased…so i think those will be my final score because i’m not taking it anymore. unless miraculously the october is higher, but i doubt it. thanks for your comment</p>

<p>in retrospect, i think your rank will boost you a lot.</p>

<p>They are matches other than SD which is reach. Your SAT score is about 50 points below average for the mid tiers. Have you considered trying the ACT?</p>

<p>If you’re from a rural area scores won’t hurt as much.</p>

<p>redroses–do UC’s take into account location (or type of hs) when looking at standardized test scores? Like if you go to a school where not too many kids go on to a 4 year college do you get a little boost?</p>

<p>yeah i have taken the act. I got a 27 on that. is that better than my sat score?</p>
