Counselor Rec: Good I hope cause I go in and talk to her a lot.
Interview: Really well. He talked a lot and even told me “Not everyone is suited for Brown, but you’re exactly the type of person who is” about 4 times.

Other:[list]
State (if domestic applicant): California
School Type: Public
Ethnicity: Chinese ( I know… Sucks)
Gender: Female
Income Bracket: Lower Middle Class
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): Uhm… Probably all of my illnesses… Like migraines, narcolepsy, parent’s divorce that led me to try committing suicide.

Reflection:[list]
Strengths: Good essay and great interview
Weaknesses: My test scores and ethnicity.

I wouldn’t count illness as a hook, and trying to commit suicide is like an anti-hook. I recommend that you don’t include that in your materials. I also recommend that you don’t post such things online with your picture or name as you may not want certain people to know that about you in your future.

No one really knows chances. If you want to play that game with other HS kids there is a chances forum. Admissions to Brown aren’t really predictable.
