<p>little to no chance at all. if you’re getting such a low SAT, you should probably compensate with a perfect GPA, which you don’t have.</p>
<p>Am I missing something? The OP is applying as a transfer from the University of Pittsburgh. His 3.8 GPA is solid. The SAT is not bad for a student with English as a second language. He may want to try to resit the SAT and aim for a 600+ on the CR. Also take the TOEFL to hedge your chances. I would say match.</p>
