Can Someone Comment On My College Chances PLEASE?

My info:
-SAT: 2050 ACT: 31 GPA: U/W 3.821 W: 4.3ish SAT Math II: 750 Chemistry: 790 World History: 780. AP Chem: 4 and APUSH: 5
-Senior year courses: All AP.
-EC: President of important club, loads of volunteer
-Recommendations: I am on great terms with my chem teacher who taught me chem honors and AP chem, I was a TA for him for 2 years as well. Also getting a rec letter from vice principal, should be decently good.
-No sports or arts :(
- Good high school (Top 50 US)
- I am male, Chinese and CANADIAN citizen, speaks Chinese, English and French
- Pretty good personal statements, I'm a good writer.

My colleges: Early decision to Northwestern.
EA to GA Tech
Regular to Rice, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, UM Ann Arbor, Urbana-Champaign, Purdue, all the UCs
And some Canadian universities: McGill, U of Toronto and McMasters.
I'm applying mostly to chemical engineering or biochemistry majors.

Can someone please give me some idea about my chances? Most importantly about that early decision to NU. And please don't link me to online calculators, I would like to hear comments from real people! Thank you!

Being Chinese and of Canadian citizen will bring you down I think (or maybe not Canadian citizen. I have no idea)… but the language part is good, although they don’t have any idea how good you are at it. Extracurricular and no sports seems a bit weak, along with the SAT I. Northwestern, Rice, JHU, CMU are all reaches.

I’d be really really happy if I can go to UC Davis, to be honest it’s my dream school, though I thought I’m worth a try to the reaches you mentioned so I’m applying there anyways. Any comments on my chance about Davis? And if any fellow Canadians pass by could you inform me on those universities as well?
