Can someone confirm that you don't NEED to include outside info for the AP Euro DBQ?

<p>When I took AP Euro two years ago, my teacher told us that we did NOT need to include outside info for the DBQ.</p>

<p>You don’t need outside info, but you can use it to get the extra point. As in, you know how you’re suppose to get the first six points in order to qualify for the extra three points? Yeah, outside information is one option to get one of the extra three points.</p>
