<p>I think "match" means >50% but <85% - not a 100% sure thing, but your achievements/grades/etc. put you ahead of the pool of "standard" applicants. In other words, you have a very strong chance of getting in.</p>
<p>I think it basically means:
If you were dropped in the middle of the school right now, you would find that basically everyone has similar stats/ecs/etc. You would fit in very well.
It is a very reasonable shot (not certain since hey what's 100% sure in life). In other words, you can be pretty sure that you will get in.</p>
