I don't really understand the whole match process? Also how do you apply. I plan on taking SATs again in October along with wubject test and act in October. Do you fill a common app for other colleges you still want to apply for. Does quest bride look good?

Questbridge’s College Match programs allows low-income seniors to be matched to one of their partner colleges with a full scholarship. The application opens August 1st, I believe. You need to write several essays and short answers and submit two teacher recommendations, a guidance counselor recommendation, and a transcript. It’s all due September 30th, which isn’t a lot of time! You chose up to eight of the partner colleges. If you’re a finalist, your application is sent to those schools for review, and if one of them picks you, you’re basically going to college for free!

You can’t take both the SAT and subject tests in October. A lot (probably most) of the partner colleges require subject tests, though. I know USC doesn’t need them. Have you taken the SAT before? I don’t think your scores will be in on time for them to be reviewed.

Yes, you still need to submit the Common Application for other schools, although you can forward your Questbridge application to partner schools for consideration in regular decisions even if you’re not matched. Being a Questbridge finalist looks good before it signifies that you’re a talented low-income student, which colleges like to have.

Have you looked at their website? It’s [QuestBridge Home](http://www.questbridge.org). All the requirements are on there. :)

Also- the requirements for testing are here: [Standardized Testing](http://www.questbridge.org/for-students/ncm-standardized-testing)
For most schools its seems you neither either the ACT or the SAT with subject tests. There are exceptions.

can i submit my SAT, ACT and Subject scores after October? I am not taking them until then, or do they already have to be in?

I don’t think you can submit them. Finalist decisions will be just about out when October SAT scores are released. Maybe you can forward them to the schools you rank if you’re a finalist, but I’m not sure at all. =/ I’d email them and ask.
