Can someone explain Virtus for me?

I’m interested in joining Virtus, but I don’t know much about it beyond that it’s the Living-and-Learning program for male engineers. I was just at the Open House on Monday, but there wasn’t anyone there who was involved in Virtus that could better explain it.

If someone could provide some information on the following, that’d be great.
-Do Virtus students dorm together? I know other students (non-Virtus) also live in Easton, so I was just wondering if Virtus students actually stay together in the same room/floor, or is it mixed with other students.
-Is Virtus for first year students only, or does it span multiple years?
-Do most Virtus students find themselves constantly among their other Virtus peers i.e. do Virtus kids typically hang out with mostly other Virtus kids?

Thanks for any help.
