Can someone Hack into ACT's computers and get my scores?

<p>I gave my ACT in Oct this year, they mailed me score report which has been lost in the holiday mail- Int'l scores are sent via only snail mail. Now today i recieved a email from them-

This is bloody hell:mad:, i need my scores so that i could plan my app. Can someone Hack into their servers and get me my scoers? My ACT id is -64001683.</p>

<p>I think you can pay like a fee to see your scores online. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can pay like 8-10 bucks to ACT to see it online?</p>
