Can someone help an international kid with low EFC please?

Hello everyone,
I'm an international high school senior kid who wants to go to college in the US. Unfortunately, my family contribution isn't great (about 10k per year which means I need to get at least a full tuition scholarship). I want to major in Marketing. My stats are as follow, can someone suggest some good schools for me please. I already am looking at Temple university and University of Alabama since they grant scholarships based solely on grades and SAT. I would appreciate any help a lot.
- IB diploma. Predicted grades: 40 at least. My school doesn't calculate GPA and I think my rank will be 2 out of 40 in my graduating class.
- SAT1 1400.
- A lot of community services.
- 3 year part-time internship at a factory. accountant and translator.
- raised $3k all by myself to donate to an orphanage.
- was chosen to meet with my country's Prime Minister in 2008 (if that means anything)
- class president for 5 years (at a public school) before taking the IB diploma
- received a full-ride scholarship to a private high school in Singapore in grade 9 for four years but didn't take the chance. It was awarded by the Singaporean government to students from developing countries.
My essay is about a personal topic. It guess it's pretty compelling :-/
I would be very grateful if someone can suggest me some good schools for me. Any help would be very useful.

Is that SAT I CR and Math only?

U of Alabama’s scholarships are guaranteed for all students with the required stats. I’m not sure that the scholarships at Temple are guaranteed awards. The Temple website says you would be “eligible” for either a $2500 or $5000 a year scholarship…not guaranteed. How would you pay the remaining costs of attending Temple…which would be the out of state rate?

Thank you very much for the response mam. I thought Temple scholarships were guaranteed :frowning: but good news is I like I like Bama and their business major is pretty strong I guess but I still want to apply to some other places. Yes. Thats my SAT I CR and Math only. I registered for the ACT in December too.
