Can someone help me come up with a schedule?also some add questions

I have to study from 2 SAT books, I have about 22 practice tests to practice from and 600 flash cards.
I also have one ACT book I would like to study from, which is the official one.
Then I have two subject tests prep books, us history and literature. Possibly bio or Italian too that could be taken in December.

So for testing studying I was thinking of ACT in septemeber first time take it again in December? Will scores be in time? How does scores work with that when you take it a few time?

For SAT I was thinking October

Subject test november and or December.

For colleges now, I'm applying to about 17. So I have my main essay I want to get done. Then there is additional essays on supplements. However, out of all those schools I'm applying. Only the ivy leagues plus a few top tier are difficult. So in frailty maybe 9 applications will be time consuming. They are also pretty repetitive. Should I have someone check over all my stuff too?

With essays can I have a teacher edit some of them? I was thinking of getting my main essay done this summer, and then when school starts and I know the definite college I will work on one college per week. I want everything in before thanksgiving.

I need some kind of schedule to study and do this. Plus any additional studying tips, bc I have so much senior year.

My schedule is

AP English
AP calculus
Honors physics
College credit Italian 4 honors
Trigonometry honors
Writing college credit, semester honors.
Sociology honors
Gym

On top of that I will have soccer, every day. Academic decathlon and 5 other clubs I am in. I just can't wait till November once everything is done! I get all As and a lot of HW. So how can I make a schedule to fit this all senior year. Oh and I don't care about have a social life until after January 2012.
