Can someone help me in deciding which major to choose?

Hi,
I am a high school senior from NJ. I have applied to NC State (rejected), UNCG(accepted), UNCW ( still waiting), Rutgers (accepted), Montclair State (accepted), and St. John's University (still waiting). I am really interested in computers and other forms of technology but I do not like math at all. I want to stay away from it, if possible. I don't mind taking some math classes but I don't want it controlling my college career. Are there any college majors that would appeal to me? I was looking into MIS and CIS. Just an FYI was admitted into UNCG with an intended computer science major. Was that a bad decision since I'm not a big fan of math at all? Does anyone know any other good schools i should apply to? I really want to go to school in the south like NC,SC, VA, FL, but im open to anything on the east coast.

Also if anyone has any questions about the colleges im applying to just ask : )

Thanks

Well, it’s not on the East coast or in the South, but you should check out the School of Informatics at Indiana University-Bloomington.

Ya computer science is going to suck if you don’t like math. Not only is CS heavily math based, but you usually are going to have to take a lot of pure math classes along with it.

I would go Rutgers

So would the MIS program be better suited for me? Also are there any other majors that would be good to double major with and that I can possibly pursue business law if i choose to.

MIS will have the least math of the three. CIS is more low-level technical than MIS.
