I’m planning to send in a photography supplement to the Ivies/ivy Like schools. I have received no training, I own a rudimentary camera, i have not won any awards, yet I think that my skills are strong IMHO. Can someone judge my photography to see if it is good enough to be sent in?

Certainly some beautiful shots! I would absolutely submit a supplement if you are planning to pursue a degree related to photography. Whether they like it or not, it certainly won’t hurt your chances of admission and will demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment. Good luck!
You’d have to be very selective about which photos to send – there are some shots that are unique and objectively great, and others that seem to be more “crowd pleasers.” I’d love to talk about this with you more in-depth, as I’m also planning on submitting a portfolio of my photography (some of which can be found at 500px) but I’ve been discussing this with my teachers and counselor so I might have helpful information for you.
