Can someone please chance me for UC Berkeley?

I'm really confused about my chances at Berkeley because it's my top choice, but I don't know if I am qualified or not, and I would really appreciate honest input regarding my chances. Please and thank you.

Scores
GPA 4.19 weighted, 3.9 unweighted
SAT 1700 (found out today), but I want to bump it up AT LEAST to a 1800 and slightly higher than 2000 max
Subject Test: US history 680
I will work my butt off to make sure my essay is well above "average"

AP classes taken: English Language and Composition, US History, European History, and I will take AP English Lit and Gov/Econ next year

Extracurriculars
Cross Country (3 yrs):JV Team Captain, "Most Inspirational Player" award, and team manager next year
JSA Club (4 years) and will most likely hold a position next year
Mock Trial: My school has one of the best teams in our district and we usually win so it's a big deal to even be on it, but I don't know if a college cares that much...
Technical Theater (2 years)
School Newspaper (2 years) as Opinion Editor
National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation Club
Literary Magazine: Staff and had a two pieces published

I have a generous amount of volunteer work done

I've received awards for Academic Excellence every year and have also gotten awards for "Outstanding Academic Excellence" in English I, World History, and Chemistry

Side Note: I go to an extremely rigorous private college prep school so that might add weight and I will not have one academic class dropped when I graduate

There might be a few minor things here and there, but I'm confused because I know that Berkeley will have a really great selection of A+ students and I basically want to know if I can get in...

subject II tests for UC’s are not required, but I would probably refrain from sending them a mediocre 680.
You seem like a competitive candidate, but the only thing holding you back, honestly is your SAT score. shoot for 2200, anything below 2000 will definitely keep you out.
