Can someone please chance me for UW-Seattle?

I'm applying from out of state from Minnesota.

GPA: Weighted=3.7 Unweighted=3.55
ACT: 25, 10 on the writing portion
I've scored 3's on the AP Tests for European History, English Literature, and English Composition, but didn't pass on US History.

I'm currently in AP Psychology, AP Studio Art, College in Schools for English (Honor's 12 Comp/Lit), journalism, and AP Statistics

Extra-curriculars:
Secretary of National Honor's Society, member of Student Council, have won awards for my photography, was manager of boy's lacrosse team, was captain of JV-A soccer team 2 years ago, have been playing soccer for 14 years, made varsity soccer, "A" honor roll, historian for DECA last year, peer mentor for 11th and 12th grade, as well as having a part-time job at a clothing store

Please and thank you! It would be much appreciated.

UWA: High match (reach if applying for FA)

Do you either have a safety or an acceptance letter?

I have two safety schools, I’ve been admitted to College of Saint Benedict and Saint Scholastica.

Is a high match good or bad?

Naviance for my daughter’s school, with over 650 applications to the UW on record, shows average admitted (unweighted) gpa 3.78 and average ACT 28. Don’t know if it is harder or easier to get in from out-of state.

They don’t give much money out in financial aid, so if you get in, you’ll be paying lots in out-of-state tuition.

A high match is a near-reach.

Alright, thank you for the honesty!
