Can someone please give me some advice on juggling AP classes and extracurriculars?

This is the last week of freshman year and I've been stressing about college since term 1. My dream university would be UC Berkeley and UCLA. I think its definitely achievable, but I've been stressing so much about it that I feel like exploding on the inside.
I take all the honors classes I can and will be signing up for all the AP classes my school offers (besides AP language and the AP electives like art and music theory). I've calculated that my schedule can accommodate a total of 11 AP classes and 5 honors classes throughout my entire high school career. I take math and science a year earlier than the average freshman in my grade (Algebra 2 and Biology). I am a straight A student and I intend on keeping it that way. My PSAT score this year was 176 (which was lower than I had hoped but I will try again next year).
In terms of extracurriculars, I am worried about how I would juggle that with my grades. I am a candidate for NHS (monthly meetings and we need around 10 hours of community service every term). I am also a member of mathletes (meeting every thursday and competition once a month), key club, and fbla. This upcoming year, I will be FBLA secretary so I will need to attend a board meeting and the regular meeting on friday. For key club, I applied for project resources committee chair which means I would need to attend monthly meetings on saturdays, attend a board meeting 1-2 times a month on school days, attend regular meetings on mondays, and show up to most volunteering events on the weekend. I also have an obligation at the library to teach young children how to draw, which is once a month. So all together, I have Key club meetings on mondays, NHS/Key club board/Fbla board meetings on tuesday/wednesday, mathletes on thursday, and fbla on friday. On the weekends, I need to volunteer at key club events and attend monthly division meetings, volunteer with NHS, and hold monthly art sessions at the library. What kind of activities are you guys involved in and how do you juggle multiple extracurriculars with your classes? Is this considered a lot of extracurriculars for a incoming sophmore? Any tips on managing all my tasks? And what do you think are my chances of getting into Berkeley if I stay committed to rigorous courses and the activities I just listed?
