Can someone please suggest colleges for me?

First of all, let me just say that I'm aware that these are mediocre stats compared to everyone in cc! I just want to have an unbiased input as to what colleges I should be looking at.
I'm an upcoming senior in TN

ACT-30
AP classes-junior year: APLAC (4); senior year: AP Bio and AP lit (my school offers about 7 AP classes)
GPA-3.73 UW (my school does not do weighted GPAs)
Class Rank-81/452

Extracurricular Activities:
-3 years of Key Club (2 yrs being a chairman/officer)
-3 years of Spanish Club (1 yr of being historian)
-2 years of French Club
-National Honors Society
-Model UN

My Senior Class Schedule:
AP Bio
AP Lit
Art 2
Art 3
Pre-Cal Honors
Psychology Honors
French 3 Honors

I have taken every honors class/adv honors class possible throughout my high school career if that means anything. I'm also a hispanic who will be the first in family to go to college.
One school I have been looking at is University of South California but I don't think I have the stats to even be considered. Also, I'm definitely applying University of Tennessee but I'm interested in seeing if there are other schools I can get into. Once again, I know these stats are very lackluster!

You will definitely be accepted into the university of South Carolina. I think all the SEC schools would be in range with the exception of Vandy. That would probably be a reach. I think you could also work your way into ACC schools with the exception of Duke. The reaches would be UNC and Wake Forest. Your stats are not too bad. They are actually a little similar to mine. You have done well with what was given. Good luck on your apps!

Thank you for your input! It’s very much appreciated.

USC (California) will be a little reach. They usually get a good number of hispanics just because of its location. You might get a slight edge due to diversity with the geographical situation.

Would retaking the act and bumping up my score a bit improve my chances?

a little higher and you should be fine. Right now i would consider you to be in the competitive range. You just never know due to the hispanic thing not helping out as much,
